Police in Cumberland County have charged a woman with murder, homicide by vehicle, DUI and other offenses in connection with a fatal crash.East Pennsboro Township police said Krystin Marchese, 33, was driving under the influence of controlled substances when she caused the four-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon on North Enola Road.According to a criminal complaint, Marchese s pickup drifted into the center turn lane and hit a Mitsubishi waiting to turn onto Susquehanna Avenue. The pickup then careened into oncoming traffic, hitting a Lexus and clipping another vehicle, the complaint alleges.Police said the driver of the Lexus, 58-year-old Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, was killed in the crash.Two people in the Mitsubishi were taken to a hospital.The criminal complaint alleges Marchese was driving on a suspended license.Police said Marchese told them she was addicted to heroin and fentanyl but hadn t used in two days. Krystin Marchese told investigators she was in heroin withdrawal, had taken two Xanax that was not prescribed to her and was trying to drive from the Duncannon area to New Cumberland to buy fentanyl when she caused a fatal, four-vehicle pileup Tuesday, according to court records.
The Lexus driver, 58-year-old Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, died as a result of his injuries. The local fisherman had been towing a boat, that then came loose from the trailer and fell onto other vehicles.
In all, five people were hurt in the crash, according to police.

A 33-year-old woman was under the influence Tuesday afternoon when she crashed a pick-up truck head-on into another vehicle, injuring four people and killing one, police said.
Krystin Marchese, was driving under the influence of controlled substances when she crashed around 12:08 p.m. between North Enola Road and Susquehanna Avenue in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, police said. Marchese was also driving with a suspended license, according to police.

A Cumberland County man who was described by his lawyer as having the mental development of a teenager apologized to the family of an 11-year-old girl he molested before a judge sentenced him 5 to 10 years in state prison Tuesday morning.
Travis Reale, now 24, of Enola, also will have to register with state police as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
“I know my actions were atrocious,” Reale told county Judge Christylee Peck. “I hope you can give me a second chance at life…so I can make my wrong into a right.”
