Woman charged with murder in crash that killed York County man York Dispatch A 33-year-old woman with a history of heroin use is facing murder and homicide charges following a head-on collision that killed a Lewisberry man Tuesday in Cumberland County. Krystin Nycole Marchese, of the 200 block of Market Street in Lemoyne, Cumberland County, is charged with murder; vehicular homicide while driving under the influence; vehicular aggravated assault while driving under the influence; and vehicular homicide. All are felonies. Marchese also faces possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of recklessly endangering another person, which are misdemeanors, as well as an ungraded misdemeanor DUI and two traffic violations.

East Pennsboro Township police locate good Samaritan who stopped to help crash victims Updated 9:29 PM; “She did have crucial information,” Sgt. Adam Shope said. At the time of the crash the woman, who is a nurse, stopped to help, Shope said. Officers were unable to locate her once the crash site became manageable and the good Samaritan had left, he said. Shope said he’d like to thank the public for their help in finding her. The crash happened around 12:08 p.m. between North Enola Road and Susquehanna Avenue. Four people were injured and 58-year-old Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, who was towing a boat at the time of the crash, died at a nearby hospital, according to police.
