Police in Cumberland County have charged a woman with murder, homicide by vehicle, DUI and other offenses in connection with a fatal crash.East Pennsboro Township police said Krystin Marchese, 33, was driving under the influence of controlled substances when she caused the four-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon on North Enola Road.According to a criminal complaint, Marchese s pickup drifted into the center turn lane and hit a Mitsubishi waiting to turn onto Susquehanna Avenue. The pickup then careened into oncoming traffic, hitting a Lexus and clipping another vehicle, the complaint alleges.Police said the driver of the Lexus, 58-year-old Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, was killed in the crash.Two people in the Mitsubishi were taken to a hospital.The criminal complaint alleges Marchese was driving on a suspended license.Police said Marchese told them she was addicted to heroin and fentanyl but hadn t used in two days.
