(File photo) MANILA - Many areas in the country will continue to experience rains brought by the southwest monsoon (habagat) and a low pressure area (LPA), the weather bureau said Tuesday. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila, Region 4-A (Calabarzon), Region 4-B (Mimaropa), Bicol Region, Aurora and the Visayas will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol, the rest of Mimaropa, the Visayas, and Mindanao will have generally fair weather, with isolated rains caused by localized thunderstorms.
