Diphu, Sep. 9 (EMN): A seminar on the dissemination of government schemes was organised by National Handloom Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL) at the office of Handloom & Textiles department, Rongnihang, on Friday. The programme was held to inform weavers about Swa Nirvar Naari scheme for self-sustainability.
