19th April 2021 Pernod Ricard UK is continuing to invest in its Beefeater gin brand with the unveiling of a new ready-to-drink (RTD) can range. The product is available in three varieties: Beefeater London Dry Gin & Tonic, Beefeater Pink Strawberry Gin & Tonic and Beefeater Blood Orange & Tonic. The 25cl, slimline cans (RRP £2) have an ABV of 4.9% and are rolling out across convenience and the wider off-trade this month. Pernod Ricard highlighted that RTD cans are growing at nearly 15% in value across the total Off-Trade, with that figure growing in convenience to almost 40%. The gin category is also experiencing double-digit value growth in the off-trade (+24.4%) and this more than doubles in convenience (+53.5%). ....

Havana Club launches first spiced expression Havana Club has launched its first spiced expression in a bid to attract a younger tranche of consumers. Taking inspiration from its island home, Havana Club Cuban Spiced combines the brand s double-aged rum with exotic flavours and warming spices. The brand says the new spirit drink has aromas and flavours of vanilla, toasted coconut, guava and pineapple, and would pair well with cola, ginger ale or coconut water.
