19th April 2021 Pernod Ricard UK is continuing to invest in its Beefeater gin brand with the unveiling of a new ready-to-drink (RTD) can range. The product is available in three varieties: Beefeater London Dry Gin & Tonic, Beefeater Pink Strawberry Gin & Tonic and Beefeater Blood Orange & Tonic. The 25cl, slimline cans (RRP £2) have an ABV of 4.9% and are rolling out across convenience and the wider off-trade this month. Pernod Ricard highlighted that RTD cans are growing at nearly 15% in value across the total Off-Trade, with that figure growing in convenience to almost 40%. The gin category is also experiencing double-digit value growth in the off-trade (+24.4%) and this more than doubles in convenience (+53.5%).
