Ill tell you the water temps drop into the 50s and the coastal lows without any fog fallow suit as well. Mostly clear. Any patchy fog wont last long or a few high clouds. No big deal. This is michael windless, a very warm 70. Last week the Early Morning temps were in the 40s. So it will be a hot one today. 50s, 60s to a couple 70s. There is not much of a breeze. Fairfield and travis has collapsed. A little bit of fog in monterey bay. High pressure says today and tomorrow im going to stick around here. Put some stakes down. Some sunshine, warm to hot. Now, fox 29 news at 10 00. Tonight a local woman facing charges she tried kill her own mother. Thanks for joining us room iain page. Im lucy noland. She told police she just wanted to end her mothers suffering. Prosecutors disagree. Dave schratwieser broke the story tonight and joins us live from north philadelphia. Dave. 74yearold mary was in the nursing home hyped me with dementia and osteoporosis. She had several times broken bones. Her daughter is charged with attempted murder for injecting her with insulin even though she wasnt a diabetic. Her lawyer says, this isnt about crime. Its about compassion. Its every grown child worst nightmare. Watching an elderly parent suffering from an illness in a hospital or nursing home. Abington police say when 50yearold donna couldnt bear to watch her mother mary suffer any more, she injected her with insulin hoping shed pass away. Its very sad tragic set of circumstances. Reporter now she stands charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault ....

Its clear overhead at this point, although clears will be moving in this afternoon. And the system that were watching is producing some heavy rain. Behind that, that snow chance producing blizzard warnings through the great lakes region. Beautiful blue skies heading out right now, ou degrees. Thats the case for most locations. Inland locations rhondella, could inch toward 60. Rhondella breaking overnight, a teenager is in serious condition the 17yearold driver allegedly sideswiped another car. That driver followed the teen and called police. Officers saw the driver driving erratically without headlights. They stopped the purs ....
