This Police Report obtained by fox 25 investigatescies says the former swampscott high principal spoke over a one month period on two chat rooms with someone who he thought was a 13yearold girl. It was actually a trained decoy for a nonprofit called the perverted justice foundation. According to the report the foundation tipped off investigators and provided chat logs, stats be, text messages, and photos, emails.
