the parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city o the parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city of dublin, california after that boy went flying off a water slide. you might remember this video. it shows the boy going over the side barrier and skidding across the wet pavement. he suffered numerous scrapes in the incident. his parents are now suing for $2.5 million in damages, including for emotional distress. water slides are still closed pending further safety testing. there were some frightening moments in the meantime aboard an american airline flight as it came into miami. a bird flew directly into the plane s nose, but this is no ordinary bird strike. andy perez of our miami station has the story. reporter: gathering in groups, watching in shock. even the ground crews tell us, they ve never seen anything like this. a bird s head going right through the front of a plane. no blood, no big mess, just quite a bit of damage done to the aircraft. americ ....
