Police say he killed four before they killed him. The wounded include school children. It happened in rancho tehama reserve, 130 miles north of sacramento. Heres mireya villarreal. Tehama county sheriff phil johnson says he crashed a pickup truck, stole another car and started shooting. Most of the victims in this case appear to be random selections. The parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city o the parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city of dublin, california after that boy went flying off a water slide. You might remember this video. It shows the boy going over the side barrier and skidding across the wet pavement. He suffered numerous scrapes in the incident.
