not been released. we are hearing those names in a news conference at this point. you are seeing that on your screen. this is a live look at where the news conference is taking place. detectives are gathering video in that area and they are going door-to-door and looking for answers. reporter: the man hunt for a suspect in the shooting death of two iowa police officers is over. 46-year-old scott green arrested this morning in suburban des moines. the search for green began not long after two officers were found fatally shot in their patrol cars overnight. investigators are calling it an ambush. it doesn t look like there was interaction between the officers and whoever shot them. the first officer was found dead after 1 am local time in urbandale, iowa. the second 20 minutes later 2 miles away in des moines. that is the best we got. police named green a suspect and arrested later miles from the crime scene. the killings were a shock to the quiet community and ....
kropff. and i m ian reitz. for most young people, college is a time of focusing on studying and working to get a degree. but because of limited incomes, many students find themselves struggling to buy food. 10news reporter emerald morrow is live in the newsroom this morning. emerald, a lot of people don t realize the financial students face. but one student who saw his classmates struggling opened up an on-campus food bank to make sure no one goes hungry. yeah, we all see college as this avenue towards a successful career and higher wages. so sometimes it s hard to see college students as seriously struggling as disadvantaged. but justin franks at alabama a&m university was hearing stories about his classmates skipping meals and going to bed hungry. that really bothered him, so with just 40 out of his dorm building. so far, the response has been overwhelming. his story has been shared hundreds of times on facebook, and the donations just keep coming in. this problem is ....
