Chief Dietician Shruti K Bhardwaj from Zydus Hospitals, Ahmedabad, explained that quitting or limiting sugar can lead to several positive changes in the body, including stabilized energy levels, improved mood swings, enhanced metabolism, better skin health, and reduced risk of obesity and related health issues.
