here s a look at live doppler 7 showing a new band of moderate to heavy rainfall pushing onshore right now. it s raining heavily in the north bay right now. as a result of that we have flood warnings in effect. the napa river near st. helena will crest above flood stage tomorrow morning. in fact six feet above flood stage producing flooding along river banks and the river near napa will crest ten feet above flood stage tomorrow morning, also producing flooding along river banks. and there s a flood warning in effect until 10:45 tonight for this area right along highway 101 from just south of hillsberg to petaluma. this is for small stream and creek flooding and localized street flooding, that s occurring right now. the storm impact scale, the storm ranks 3 on the impact scale through tomorrow morning. we expect an additional half inch to inch in haand a half on of what we ve already had. you can see another surge of strong storm activity into the late night hours into ....
