Were hearing that the paul avenue offramp is shut down as well as the candlestick onramp to northbound 101. This will be a mess for the morning. At least some lanes are open. Traffic was being detoured off at paul avenue, then you could take bayshore boulevard. You may want to avoid this and take 3rd street or really if you can avoid 101 heading out of South San Francisco into San Francisco and just consider 280, thats a better bet at this point.
