Yesterday the District Attorneys Office announced 15 yearold Adrian Gonzalez will be prosecuted as an adult for murder, kidnapping and sexual assault. He could face life in prison if convicted. When they looked at it as the murder of a small child and what else happened, the crime rose to the level that he needed to face societys greater punishment.
