enjoyed a white christmas yesterday, heavy snow and strong winds have made the trip home hard for many. in areas from portland, oregon, to portland, maine there was snow. bone chilling cold enveloped much of the midwest with windchills dipping below 40 in some places. and a blizzard warning was issued for maine and new hampshire. the snow and wind created hazardous driving conditions with near zero visibility in massachusetts as well. yeah, the windows get icy and the windshield wipers don t really aren t very effective with the ice. the visibility is quite poor, so it s been a rough ride already. at boston s logan airport blizzard like conditions caused runways to temporary shut down. that delayed more than 240 flights. and the cold weather is going to stick around for a few taking a look at what s happening across the country on tuesday, we do have much drier conditions as we head toward the west coast. some snow expected down in the midwest and we could see ....
