So Marine Mammal officials are here on scene and its just a painstaking process to try to get this animal back out. They have to be careful because, of course, its a wild animal and they dont want to startle it. A creek with falling bart is pretty typical in vacaville, but look closely, something doesnt fit in this picture. Today its a sea lion, so never a dull moment. The poor thing, thats pretty scary. They say it could have been here for a couple of days or a week. The large male sea lion weighs several hundred pounds and hes not even fully grown. It swam more than 50 miles from the bay, then ended up here in vacavilles creek. Its possible that hes chasing fish, yeah

Today, students here at Dublin Elementary School will see the custodial staff cleaning, taking steps to control the infection, all tips given to them by the county health department. 35 kids here at this School Stayed home sick yesterday all with noroviruslike symptoms. One case has been confirmed. The district issued a statement to parents asking them to encourage hand washing with their kids. They also updated them on what they are doing to control and stop the spread of the virus, saying that the campus was deep cleaned over the weekend. They utilized more than 19 Staff Members and 150 work hours over the weekend. Work has continued into the week under the guidance of the Alameda County department of health.
