Firefighters are happy to deploy their rescue team to help this man. Its not just water, theres debris all over the place floating in the water. You cant just swim across the stream and get out. The waterways are dangerous. Three inches of water moving ten miles an hour. Its a lot of force. The 56yearold yelled for help. He was stuck near ranch drive in milpedes. His body temperature is probably low. We dont know that yet. He will probably be taken to a local hospital. Hes not the only one who underestimated the storm runoff. Ago. They said they cant get this maintenance vehicle to start. And it is stuck on the tracks between macarthur and 19th street station. That is a terrible spot to have those trains not able to pass through. So basically, everyone trying to get from the east bay to San Francisco, not able to do that, and vice versa. We have not gotten any new information, so that is still major delay. That is squlus starting to have a Ripple Effect and that is over a 20minute delay right now. As for photograph nick this area southbound traffic on lafayette is blocked all the way up to northbound traffic which is closest to the camera position. You see it going by. That can get by but there is a flashing red light right here. Its kind of slowing down if you are headed northbound on lafayette. Lets take a look at the video. We have video from newspaper the air. Sky fox was up a short time ago to give you a view. This collision happened around ten this morning. Go cars a honda and mercedes were traveling east. They stopped just beyond the signal light at lafayette where the train tracks are. Amtrak train 151 was traveling southbound. Apparently the train clipped the back of one or both of the vehicles. When the gates came down the train came with i think five, six seconds and hit something. There was a shower of glass and the train stopped over there. Then i realized it must have hit something. Reporter there is one confirmed death in this crash. We dont know about the passeng ....
