Jess boxes this non stop rain so bad that it triggered an emergency call specifically right now in napa, worst case scenario, we have a thunderstorm passing through with heavy rain, possibly some isolated hail. This will help the napa river to continue to rise for the next two to four hours. We do expect the napa river in downtown napa to crest 26. 5 feet by 7 00 a. M. And then well dramatically see this drop as we head into thursday. We have another upset at 11 10 tonight. The rain triggered a call for evacuations. Downtown, parts of it evacuated . Thats right, jessica. The town sounded the emergency alarm today because it looked like the creek would jump its bajs. This creek looks more like a rushing river. We just had crazy amounts of rain over the past several days. And as you see in morgan hill, weve had 5 1 2 inches of rain and it may have been even higher over the Santa Cruz Mountains we had 8 to 15 inches. And even spots like san rafael measuring a lot of rain, the amount that we should have for the whole month of january we had over a short period of time. And now once again, a few more breaks in those clouds, a chance to dry out, and a little bit of sunshine so that may help aid
