A construction crisis forcing thousands to evacuate. The danger zone is in San Francisco south of market as we said around an Apartment Building under construction at 41 tehama street. All those streets are closed with the fremont street exit ramp from westbound interstate 80. In total 16 buildings have been evacuated.
