A construction crisis forcing thousands to evacuate. The danger zone is in San Francisco south of market as we said around an Apartment Building under construction at 41 tehama street. All those streets are closed with the fremont street exit ramp from westbound interstate 80. In total 16 buildings have been evacuated. Dan and ama, were at second and Howard Street and behind me is 33 tehama, the residential high rice with the construction mishap this afternoon that caused a crane and concrete slab on the top floor to become unstable and both were thought to be at risk of falling.
