And for better or worse, that has not been the case so that colleges and universities do find themselves having to provide that foundations that some high schools have not been able to do. See more and more restrictions not just of coal here in the United States but around the world which means we have to get out in front of that to make sure we have the technologies to use coal cheaply and we got to be able to send those technologies to other countries that are still burning coal. Because there are going to be countries like china, india, and others that still use coal for years to come. Theyre poor and theyre building a lot of power plants quickly. They dont have as much natural gas as us. Theyre going to be interested in figuring out how can they use their coal supplies and how can they import our coal. But if were doing a good job giving them technologies that allow them to burn it clean then its a winwin for us. Not only are we able to sell coal to them but also selling the technology to help them burn in the cleanest way possible. Weve been making those investments and we got to keep on making those investments ....
