our chief meteorologist bill martin is tracking tonight s rain. but first to one of the problem spots in sonoma where there has been some flooding in the past few hours, ken. reporter: well this is highway 121 and about an hour ago i was standing right hear in about 2-inches of water. you could see all the water in the ditch by the side. this water was coming over the roadway. for one driver, this flooded road came out of nowhere. what happened here on highway 121 was certainly a flash flood. at least from dave bowen s perspective. a couple of hours ago there was no water then poof. reporter: bowman and his truck may have been the first bowman and his truck may have been the first one to try to drive through the water. the flooding on 121 and other spots near sears point took longer to clear. chp says the flooding happened suddenly. slow down, pay attention to the roads. other vehicles and drive cautious. reporter: well right now, on 121 there s not a car to be se
