Here s the breakdown of cases: MALES one under age 10, one in his teens, four in their 20s, one in his 40s, five in their 50s, one in his 60s, two in their 70s, and one in his 80s FEMALES one in her teens, three in their 20s, one in her 30s, three in their 40s, six in their 50s, two in their 60s, three in their 70s, and one in her 80s.

Strasburg Village President Cinda Held presented McClain the award at this week s Village Board meeting. Held said, “While not a native of the community, this person has jumped right in and has volunteered for several groups. This person is a member of SCAN (Strasburg Community Action Network) Strasburg American Legion Auxiliary, and one of our own village board members”. In the nomination it was noted that Mrs. McClain was instrumental in forming the Little Hatchets Sports Club and was key in implementing Little Hatchets soccer. The Little Hatchets Sports Club and Soccer allowed local youth to have fun and safe physical activity in the Strasburg area.

Darren Bailey against Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. McHaney on July 2 granted summary judgment on two counts of the suit brought by Bailey against the governor and also ruled that his decision extended to all residents of the state of Illinois. Bailey initially brought suit alleging that Pritzker overreached in extending his original emergency order concerning COVID-19.

Kozak was sentenced on a felony count of criminal damage to government-supported property. Greenville resident Daniel Haberer was sentenced on counts of unlawful possession of weapons by a felon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Judge Martin Siemer sentenced Haberer to two years in prison.
