Certainly we are constantly assessing the conditions and our intelligence to determine whether a curfew is the appropriate Law Enforcement tool. Lets be clear last night we chose to focus our Law Enforcement resources on the actual vandals. Looters people that are engaged in even in violent acts last night and it was a very different situation then say friday friday we had a very large scale demonstrations, almost 8,000 people where vandals and looters hid inside of that people otherwise peaceful demonstration.
