Drawn. Heres how this all started. According to philadelphia police, undercover nar cot ins officers in the area of 16th and east hunting park. They saw two men inside a toyota and witnessed within man shot the other, get out of the car and into the white tahoe. No officers were shot, and they did not draw or fire weapons. However, they did pursue the white suv and thats how they located it here on coral street. There is one confirmed shooting victim. Police tell me he got himself to frankford and hes in surgery. Also an officer injured. Responding to this investigation and he was involved in a car accident. He was taken to the hospital but expected to be treated and released. Reporter jim, this officer was arrested after an eightmonth investigation, he was taken into custody. Officials say these assaults happened as he was processing female inmates at headquarters, he is officer Roosevelt Turner a 7year veteran of the police force accused of assaulting at least three women inside holding cells. Prosecutors say he asked a victim for nude pictures while exposing himself, even putting a condom on.
