Called in around 5 45 p. M. , and was well underway with flames shooting out of the multistory Apartment Building under construction in the 2000 block of University Avenue near shattuck. A nearby restaurant worker watch build inning get swallowed up in flames shortly after the fire broke out. The fire flames, too much fire flames, middle part of the building. Its, like, going higher and higher. The entire middle of the building was up in flames. Reporter mutual aid from at least half a dozen departments were called in to help wrest the flames down.
