Facebook Share WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI Washtenaw County’s innovative use of an electronic marriage software is being recognized by the technology company that created it. The Washtenaw County Clerk’s Office was named a 2021 Tyler Public Sector Excellence award winner at Tyler Technologies’ annual Connect user conference in April. The office’s vital records division was recognized as a winner because of its innovative strategy in deploying Tyler’s eMarriage solution and other technology in innovative ways to serve the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, officials said.
