What appears to be a handgun in the creek. You could see it in the water from up on the bridge. A state police diver came over a little while later and went down in the mud to retrieve it. It is believed the suspect threw it into the creek as they left the scene. Again, im working with state police to get the latest details. They tell me they have a suspect in custody.
