Stopped where we stopped because wez saw state troopers running over to this bridge which separates the Delaware Park complex. We came over here. This is where state troopers found a gun in the water. I was there as they literally spotted the gun in the water. They ran to the bridge. The state Police Chopper was overhead. What appears to be a handgun in the creek. You could see it in the water from up on the bridge. A state police diver came over a little while later and went down in the mud to retrieve it. It is believed the suspect threw it into the creek as they left the scene. Again, im working with state police to get the latest details. They tell me they have a suspect in custody. Were waiting on condition of the person who was shot. Were trying to learn more details about the circumstances that led up to it.
