That terrorist groups like boko haram or isil or isis or al qaeda are still planning terrorist attacks in multiple regions. The alert says travelers in the United States traveling outside the country should be vigilant when in Public Places or using public transportation. Exercise particular caution during the Holiday Season and at festivals or events. Be prepared for additional security screening and unexpected disruptions.
