Homeless usually is. City leaders say there are 5,000 People Living on the streets here in san jose. At city hall there is support for a plan to move some of them into motel rooms. He treats People Living in the jung well the Valley Homeless Health Care program. He said there are People Living there with housing vouchers but cant or wont find a place to live. The race is nine hours from now and you can see the crews are getting ready for an event that has a long, unique history here in the city. The iconic alamo square has been a popular place for participants to stop. But for years neighbors have complained about public intoxication, trash and people urinating.
