One is a new hotel adjacent to the Convention Center with a new parking ramp. Second is an agriculture and Expo Learning Center near the site of the former john morrell plant. And third new housing in the 100 block of virginia street. All of which Economic Development director Mark Dougherty says will be beneficial to the city.
