On Tuesday, Jan. 25, a caller reported that Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Frazee was vandalized. Pink and green paint was found on the north side exterior of the building.
On Friday, Nov. 19 at 9:16 a.m., on the 200 block of east Oak Avenue, Frazee, Timothy David Lee, 32, of Frazee, was reported missing by his mother. She has seen people driving around in his vehicle, which she believes was stolen from him. An attempt-to-locate notice has been place on Lee and an investigation was opened in cooperation with the Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office and the Frazee Police Department. Also, on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 1:08 a.m., and 6:08 p.m., on the 27000 block of 374th Street, Waubun, a 30-year-old woman was involved in two overdose emergency calls. During the evening emergency call, she was administered two doses of Narcan and transported to a nearby medical clinic for treatment and evaluation.
Law enforcement officers were involved in three different vehicle pursuits between Oct. 21. and Oct. 24. A 32-year-old woman was arrested in an Ogema pursuit, a 42-year-old man was arrest in a separate Ogema pursuit, and a 26-year-old woman fled on foot after a pursuit in a vehicle she took without permission. Additionally, on Oct. 24, on Redman Beach Road in Lake Park, a 2000 Mars Motorized Home was stolen. A suspect has been identified and the case remains under investigation.

Crime and fire report: Both drivers injured in Detroit Lakes T-bone crash; Frazee rancher not paid for sale of goats
On Wednesday, July 21 at 5:22 p.m., near the intersection of South Shore Drive and Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, both drivers were injured when two vehicles collided in a T-bone crash at the intersection. A 30-year-old Perham man and a 60-year-old Frazee woman were transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment of minor injuries and later released. The case has been referred to the county prosecutor for possible charges against one of the drivers. Also, on Tuesday, July 20 at 8:33 a.m., on the 33000 block of 130th Street, Frazee, a goat seller said they haven t been paid for the sale of $12,000 worth of goats to another party. The seller may file a civil lawsuit against the other party.
