Happened in this busy Shopping Plaza in the morning morning. And oddly enough no one heard the gun shot. Lt. Chomnan loth, Newark Police departmentit is a surprise to us too it is busy but as you could see its a busy street so it could be loud but we did not get a report of a gunshot fired. A man in his late 20s who has yet to be identified was found dead in a Newark Shopping Center saturday morning. Employees say a customer walked by and saw the victim slumped over the steering wheel. Jimmy lee, Shopping Plaza employeehis engine was running and the windshield wipers were on. The victim was shot at least once in the head while sitting in the drivers seat of this dark grey bmw. The first homicide of the year was called into police at half past noon. But plaza employees say they think it happened hours before. Lt. Our agency, so 1999 the state legislature created something called the Water Transit Authority which is a Planning Organization which was passed with generating a system for San Francisco bay. This is a result of the earthquake and awareness that fairies can do a lot in terms of surface after events. We adopted implementation operation plan in 2003 which was working throughout the bay area including San Francisco area charting a course of Fairy Services in 2007 we had the water transportation authority. And we immediately started discussions with the two independent fairy operators at the time in the bay. The city of alameda which we started their service in 2012.
