What the governor said a moment ago, he is tired of being behind this virus. We have been behind it, playing catchup from day one, trying to put a plan in place that puts him ahead of it, plans what he believes will be the apex in terms of the virus and the impact on the state of new york in the next two to three weeks. Before we go back to the numbers, another thing the governor mentioned in albany a moment ago, his brother chris, who host as nightly program on cnn, is positive for covid19.
