Vine street expressway underneath where there are no traffic lights is also of course jam packed across town. Getting onto 95 northbound, 54 minutes going on an hour on the northbound side. Thats about four times what it should be. At least you can see the lanes here. The lanes are mostly wet but theyre slippery enough that people are really needing to slow down and as we look at the big picture, you get a sense of all the red and all the single digit speeds around the region. It really is nasty. We had an overturned vehicle on the southbound northeast extension near quakertown. Looks like thats now off to the side so just starting to improve there with speeds in the 30s and in south jersey our travel times, a little better than it was earlier but still a really slow pace on the southbound side of 42. Moving along the same cold front thats moving through right now. So future tracker showing by dinnertime tomorrow night, weve got snow across most of our viewing area. However, some areas there will be a mixing or changeover to rain. So, its really about location. Winter storm watch has been posted for chester, montgomery, bucks, mercer county, all areas north and west. Saturday at 7 oclock until sunday morning. Now these are the areas that the travel will be the trickest on saturday night. So, we are speeding up the time line a little bit. The storm time line shows you that snow will be pushing in from the southwest to the northeast between about 4 00 and 6 oclock tomorrow night. So, its here by dinnertime. First lets take to you a Traffic Camera provided by the Delaware Department of transportation showing in the back ground a smoking bus and those three dozen passengers stranded along the highway. Were told another driver was able to flag down the bus driver to alert him to the fire burning in the bus rear engine compartment. Now the incident closed the 495 northbound onramp to i95 for hours as natasha just said it just reopened a short time ago. Now, those who had to flee their smoke filled bus were taken here to the Pennsylvania Welcome Center in boothwyn. There were no injuries. They get here and they see fire coming out of the row engine compartment of the bus. Luckily all the occupants were able to get off the bus unassi unassisted so there were no injuries.
