So thankfully the balboa reservoir project heard us loud and clear from the Community Members and will be a reflection of the desire to retain, attract and nurture the next generation of san franciscans. The project will have two and three bedroom units and other amenities including open space play areas a child care facility and indoor and outdoor common areas for events. Overall i believe the project is thoughtful and includes many of the elements and that the community is able to see if two acre park that will be central to the project and pedestrian walkways and bike lanes connecting the neighborhoods to ocean avenue corridor. Complimentary design to reflect the existing neighborhoods and to promote existing businesses and with the commercial district and we are work on fine details of the neighborhood and Community Stakeholders to improve the project further and to have clarity.
