They heard the loud bangs out here. 9 yoerld was standing on the corner with his older brother and father. Having a Conversation Police tell us. And the 6 yearold noticed he hs hit in the shoulder with a gunshot. He ran into his home which was right nearby. Waiting for an ambulance. Police tell us that the boy was not the intended target. Lets take a look right now at 59 in philadelphia and 58 in wilmington. Allentown, youre at 54. So weve got temperatures in the 50s to start. Some of us may be able to slip into the 40s here for the official lows this morning. And then we are going to see that temperature start to rise. But not much.
