Now 11, clashes between police and agitators in oakland during a second night of unrest in the bay area. Fire crews try new tactics to contain one of three massive wildfires burning in the bay area. Northbay businesses hit twice by covid closures and wildfire evacuations working to bounce back. Everybody is eager to have some sort of sense of normality.
