Oakland Police Tweeted out these videos of people in the crowd, chucking Water Bottles at police and pointing a green laser at officers. The clash is playing out in the area of mande night and grand avenues just off 580. The also reported rocks being thrown at him and protesters being shields as weapons. Police warning that violators will be arrested. It remains unclear if anyone has been and we will can do to monitor this protest. The person who shot and killed a man yesterday evening. This took place near the Montebello Park and ride. Police say it began as an argument and escalated. The victim was shot just after getting off the bus. Witnesses heard the gunshots and found the victim. I heard four gunshots. I asked a lady if she heard them. She said Somebody Just got shots.
