Our session is called historians in court, examines the complex role of historians applying their scholarly skills to courtroom litigation. We begin with the rv that caught fire in the middle of highway 101. Started around 4 30 this afternoon in the northbound lanes just past holly street in san carlos. Chp shut down both lanes in both drechblingts they have since reopened. Rv returning from a rocket show and had 4 rocket on board. No word yet what rocket started the fire. Also a lrj pro tank tank on board common for rv. So crew fight the flame from a distance in case the tank exploded. Cars were stuck for a couple of hours while the rv burned. Sky 7 was overhead as motorcycle drove backward through traffic to try to get out of the jam there. Other drivers forced to wait it out. Some were signature on the side of the freeway frustrated with the long delay. Both sides of that roadway are now open. This video shaivrd on periscope. Heavy smoke and all the drivers out of the cars. For hours earlier today both freeway and surface streets through downtown San Francisco also jammed while check out what could have been a bomb. Dev

Relocate one, we follow the smf procedures, posting a public hearing if somebody issues a concern. And then we secure the preliminary permits from dpw. I wanted to address one of the issues about placement of controllers on the near side of intersections. Like i said, sometimes its just really difficult for us to try to place them on the far side. All things being equal, we would want that controller to be on the far side of the intersection so we have maximum visibility for pedestrians. But sometimes with all the constraints that were faced against with that near side location somehow that only works. And id be happy to followup with andres where there seems to be an issue [speaker not understood]. There is no parking for the lane, its right up against the sidewalk.
