And the solution that was eventually approved was something that we were in favor of, which included minor alterations to the existing conditions that namely traded parking for safer travel for bicycles and pedestrians. So with that in mind, we support Planning Department determination of the projects exemption because the appeal does not support our neighborhoods need for improved safety for the residents, or visitors coming into our neighborhood. And this project is very important. It does serve our neighborhood significantly. In fact, delays to this project would be harmful to our safety and were quite concerned about that.
