The Giants were one of the more intriguing teams on the first night of the NFL Draft, making a blockbuster trade with the Chicago Bears to go back from No. 11 to No. 20 in the first round, and then drafting a player that comes with some risk.
The Giants picked Florida wide receiver Kadarius Toney at No. 20, an explosive and dynamic weapon for quarterback Daniel Jones that comes with some injury and off-field concerns. He’s also considered a bit raw as a wide receiver, but his ability to line up all over the field which should make him easier to use right away as a rookie, even in a deep wide receiver room.

DNVR’s Zac Stevens reports “Mark Schlereth just reported on @1043TheFan that a deal for the Broncos to land Aaron Rodgers is ‘as close to a done deal as it can get.’”
Following that report, Schlereth tweeted “I’m hearing @AaronRodgers12 to @Broncos is close to a done deal . still could fall thru but fingers crossed.”
CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones reports the “Broncos have indeed put together an impressive deal for Rodgers.”
In addition, Pro Football Talk reports “Buzz is definitely building for Broncos making a move for Aaron Rodgers. G.M. George Paton witnessed what Aaron can do while in Minnesota. Coach Vic Fangio witnessed it while in Chicago.”

First Doug Pederson desecrated the sport of football and kept the Giants out of the playoffs by letting Nate Sudfeld play as the Eagles handed the NFC East to the Washington Football Team.
And now Howie Roseman has put the screws to them again with an assist from Jerry Jones and the Cowboys.

The Eagles pulled off a rare intradivisional trade with Dallas on Thursday night in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, trading up and swapping the 10th and 12th picks (with an extra third-rounder going to the Cowboys) to steal Alabama wideout and Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith right out from under the Giants.
