From critical to serious. He suffered life threatening injuries after the shooting. Police got a call for help after a honda crashed in capital avenue and montana street in the oceanview neighborhood. The Theft Task Force had followed the car into the neighborhood. They are made up of chp and local Law Enforcement officers. They were working together and they track down stolen vehicles. It appears that the honda involved in this may have come up as a stolen car. Police sources told ktvu when police surrounded the vehicle, the suspect tried to drive off and ended up dragging the chp officer, injuring him. Officers opened fire and the suspect was struck multiple times. The man did not have a gun and it is not clear which officers fired the weapons in the incident because this task force included members of the chp, Daly City Police and san mateo police. San Francisco Police were not directly involved but are investigating the shooting because it happened within San Francisco city limits.

All voted this support the cannabis legalization taskforce including the mayor. Lets have you tell us what we should do next. What is the priority. We cant do all of this at once but if you tell us, you know, lets take the low hanging fruit and do the ease astuff first, well do that first and come back with recommendations for regulation and go off the people that know betjure write all the words and go to the committee and debate and make all the presentations. That is the type of thing that will make the taskforce a asset. We have got really smart people on the taskforce. Your Department Heads are brilliant. They are dedicated and show up apet up at the meetings and the citizens you appointed are really good. They email and talk and write and go to constituents.
