The 30yearold man, the nephew of the homeowner here threatened family and friends yesterday with a weapon and allegedly he did it again today with a 14inch kitchen knife all before 7 00 this morning and that is why the district here decided to shut down school for the day. We did get some video of the property just in the last half hour when they opened the road again and you can see why. Lakeside Elementary School is right next to where the standoff happened and there is a main house and it housed different member of the same family. The suspect crashed his car on to the property and was holding a knife and a whole gas can in the middle of the property andee seven or eight members of the family. Epa workers based here in the bay area say its ironic. Theyre reporting to an Office Building they dont think is safe. After two years of renovations, nearly 100 employees have complained about the Indoor Air Quality. The workers claim their bosses arent fixing the problem. Now theyre turning to us for help. Construction continues outside the region 9 epa headquarters in san francisco. But workers say its what you cant see growing inside the building that troubles them. It just seems crazy to us that someone would be risking their health by coming into the office to work on cleaning up the environment elsewhere.
