Officials say a driver was speeding on the viaduct swerved into oncoming traffic. And hit a bell ambulance. The ambulance then lost control and struck another car. Were told the driver who sparked the crash did not have a valid license. No arrests have been made. Its been a violent week in milwaukee with eight homicides since sunday today the citys Public Safety committee will meet. Release. The protesters are demanding justice for the officer involved shooting of Sylville Smith. He was killed by Milwaukee Police officer in august. Smiths death sparked riots in the sherman park neighborhood. And that Milwaukee Police officer who shot smith will go to trial on separate Sexual Assault charges dominique heagganbrown waived his preliminary hearing yesterday. He has not been charged in the Sylville Smith case. Prosecutors say he sexually assau shooting in august. According to the criminal complaint there are three other victims. Smiths family members say the Sexual Assault case should be tied to his use of deadly force. Haegganbrowns arraignment is scheduled for november 4. The District Attorney is still reviewing the Sylville Smith case. The body camera footage has not been released. There is no timeline for a charging decision. Arrested a woman for unlawful concealment of human remains, after a newborn was found dead in a dumpster. We first told you about this story yesterday on good day virginia. An autopsy showing the infant was stillborn. Katherine dellis of rocky mount remains in jail this morning. Anyone with information is asked to call police. One of the two Virginia Tech students charged in the disappearance and death of Nicole Lovell in blacksburg will be in court today for a bond hearing. After canceling a Court Appearance wednesday.
