Officials say a driver going too fast on 27th street viaduct swerved into oncoming traffic. And hit a bell ambulance. The ambulance then lost control and struck another car. Patient in the ambulance was being dropped off at home. And not taken to the hospital. Were told the driver that sparked the crash did not have a valid license.
