Smiths family members say the Sexual Assault case should be tied to his use of deadly force. Haegganbrowns arraignment is scheduled for november 4. The District Attorney is still reviewing the Sylville Smith case. The body camera footage has not been released. There is no timeline for a charging decision. Police say the driver who caused the crash did not have a valid license. No arrests have been made.
