Officials say a driver was speeding on the viaduct swerved into oncoming traffic. And hit a bell ambulance. The ambulance then lost control and struck another car. Were told no one has any serious injuries. And the patient in the ambulance was being dropped off at home. And not taken to the hospital. Were told the driver who sparked the crash did not have a valid license. No arrests have been made. Its been a violent week in milwaukee with eight homicides since sunday today the citys Public Safety committee will meet. And city leaders will discuss ways to the Police Administration building with more. The Common CouncilPublic Safety committee will meet at 9 30 am. To discuss budget amendments focused on safety and police spending. Two of the amendments call for reducing the next police class by as many as 15 recruits. He granted commutations to 98 federal inmates bringing the total during his presidency to 872 sentences. The white house says its more than the previous 11 president s combined. Most of the convictions were for drugs. And are considered non violent offenders. More than three dozen have been president isnt letting them all free right away. Many will not be let out until october of 2018. Former penn state coach Mike Mcqueary has been awarded 7point3 Million Dollars in a lawsuit against the school.
